The fully equipped, modern kitchen has all mod conveniences including a dishwasher, coffee machine and large fridge freezer. A utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are three bedrooms on this floor.  The master bedroom is furnished beautifully and has bags of storage space in fitted wardrobes.  This room has a king size bed and access onto the terrace, with lounge seating outside the room that is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee on.  The master en-suite is a fantastic modern suite with bath tub, WC, twin washbasins and a large walk-in shower.

There are two twin rooms on this floor; ideal for children.  Both of these rooms have two single beds (pictures show rooms before second bed has been added.)  These bedroom have use of a large family bathroom with bath, shower and twin washbasins.

Steps lead down form the first floor terrace down to the garden, pool and the ground floor accommodation.  A safety gate is fitted to these steps so that children can be prevented from having access to the steps and pool.

The ground floor accommodation is just as spacious.  There is another open plan lounge area with wall mounted TV and access to all the same TV stations as upstairs.  There is a dining table and a fully equipped kitchen.  There is a large American-style fridge freezer in this kitchen and a breakfast bar area with stool seating.

From the living area you have access to an office with desk and access to a printer, should guests want to use this to print travel documents.  Guests have access to the internet throughout the house, with use of their own devices.  Next to the office is a fully equipped gym with cross trainer, treadmill, multi-gym and weights.  You have access to the terrace from the gym through patio doors.  A pool table is also on this floor to keep guests entertained.

There are three bedrooms on this level; a king size room, a double room and a twin room with 2 single beds.  These rooms have access to a beautiful, modern shower room with rain shower, twin washbasins and WC.

2 baby cots and 2 high chairs can be provided free of charge.

Outside, the villa has a well-maintained, south west facing garden with a fantastic 12 metre pool.  There is access into the pool via Roman steps, or vertical steps.  The pool can be heated in cooler months for a small extra charge.

There is plenty of space for children to play, adults to relax and all guests to gather for a BBQ or drinks on the terrace.  There is a charcoal and a gas BBQ for your use, so budding chefs will be spoiled for choice.
